During your 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.There are two tracks for the HR Internship – the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition track and the HR Communications track. For the Communications track, your missions are:MISSIONS• You will be in charge of writing, designing and publishing all internal HR communications (newsletters, bulletins, policy reminders, event announcements) on multiple platforms.• You will organize and promote company events and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g coordinating charity initiatives with NGOs).• You will assist colleagues with compliance and ensuring clarity, inclusivity and authenticity in messages.• You will execute internal and external communications and develop initiatives related to employee engagement and wellbeing as well as diversity & inclusion.• You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency (recent merger of the group);• You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.
