Your focus lies on commercial output: increasing leads, conversions, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and supporting sales and marketing objectives across brands. The role is located in the Amsterdam office and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). Your contribution : Lead, CRO & Performance Management:• Secure, implement, manage and improve lead flows across your brands;• Propose & execute online engagement initiatives, A/B testing to improve conversion rates and improve lead volume;• Provide recommendations to improve lead processes and drive commercial efficiency;Digital Projects & Campaigns:• Orchestrate the updating of content on local brand websites, based on input from input from local and central (HQ) marketing, sales and aftersales teams, as well as customer insights;• Advise Brand Marketing teams on effective digital campaigns and KPI definition;• Optimize the websites for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) via content/meta tags/titles & descriptions/keywords, in coordination with third parties and HQ;• Manage database-driven online projects for marketing programs and activations.
