Your mission consist in for driving new business growth within the B2B segment through the Retailer network.For the SME scope, you act as Program Manager and strategic counterpart for all Retailers, working in very close collaboration with Fleet Sales Management and Retailer Account Management. You actively contribute to Stellantis Sales Action Plans, with a strong focus on customer acquisition as well as up and cross selling within the existing customer base.Your contribution : • Drive B2B growth with retailers by actively following up on annual sales plans, sales funnels, and commercial performance, covering both new business acquisition,• Coach and support retailers in setting up appropriate B2B market development plans, and periodically reviewing and adjusting these plans together with retailer management,• Monitor and steer B2B performance by closely tracking the progress and results of market development initiatives, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective or growth driving actions, • Engage retailer on business initiatives, local trade fairs, commercial vehicle events, etc,• Monitoring and following up on nationally initiated sales actions,• Represent and connect the retailer network within Stellantis by participating in, or staying closely aligned with, collective Stellantis sales and marketing sessions and translating insights into concrete retailer actions.• Maintain a strong on site and virtual presence through quarterly on site visits and monthly online meetings with retailer management, focusing on:• Analyse commercial performance by comparing retailer order intake and results with national benchmarks, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.•Contribute to strategic steering by preparing and leading quarterly progress reviews with Stellantis B2B senior management, providing insights, results, and improvement proposals.
