You are joining our Front Office Fund Finance team based in Paris within Natixis CIB, which is looking for a Junior Structurer Fund Finance for a final-year internship of 6 months from the September 2026.
You will be fully involved in the commercial approach and structuring of fund financing (capital call facilities) put in place for Natixis clients as well as more structured financing (NAV and Hybrid).
In collaboration with your tutor, who will accompany you throughout your assignments, you
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of transactions
- Will be very involved in the work of modeling financial flows, database analysis, credit risk analysis
- Understand the marketing, financial, legal and accounting aspects of these arrangements.
This position will offer you the opportunity to discover the main professions of corporate banking and capital markets (origination, syndication, trading,...).
