Overview Lead the Brand Sting and its Pack/Product innovations for India BU. This Position helps the category lead for Sting to drive Brand Penetration, Equity and Volumes for Sting thus strengthening PepsiCo’s play within the Energy segment. This person shall also be the key Spoc between Global and India collaboration on the Brand for better synergies, efficiencies and strategic alignments on the Brand. Responsibilities Develop long term & annual brand strategies for the wholistic Energy Play in India Lead responsibility for Brand Positioning, Creative & Media Strategy and execution in partnership with category lead Identify & build long term engagement platforms to drive energy credentials & create ‘iconic’ brand stature Lead A&M investment choices based on business priorities Develop & Activate regional on-ground programs in partnership with Trade marketing & Franchise teams Develop the Innovation roadmap & anchor Stage gate process on the brand Engagement with Cross-functional teams (Finance/PR/Ops/SC/Sales etc) to deliver end to end marketing programs Lead the engagement with global and regional brand leads Qualifications Experience and Qualification Tier 1 MBA graduate with 8-10 years overall experience in sales/marketing of a FMCG segment. (Preferably min 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing & activation) Brand marketing knowledge & activation experience Has had exposure to creative & media agency interactions in their current roles Skills and Behavioural Attributes Strong influencing skills to drive brand agenda cross functionally & with agency/external ecosystem Attention to detail & strong project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environment Strong collaboration skills to partner with brand leaders and commercial teams Culturally ‘plugged in’ – awareness of youth trends/platforms etc
