HSEComplies with and applies the COMPANY’s HSE regulations particularly Permit to Work procedures, approved operating procedures, and standard industry practice during maintenance activities under supervision.Reports unsafe acts, conditions, and near misses to the supervisor.Petroleum:Have a basic understanding of offshore facilities and process systems.Demonstrates awareness of hydrocarbon behavior and associated risks (explosion, asphyxia…).Computer Skills:Able to produce basic report using Microsoft WordAble to perform simple calculations and data entry using Microsoft Excel.Able to use email and internet tools for work purposes.Physics:Understands and applies basic physical laws and units (forces, mass, energy, Newton’s laws).Has basic knowledge of materials and steels, including usage, mechanical resistance, corrosion mechanisms, and prevention methods.Engineering:Able to read and use basic engineering drawings (P&IDs, PFDs, isometrics).Able to interpret vendor documentation, nameplates, datasheets, tolerances, and adjustment figures.Able to produce clear and accurate hand sketches and drawings to scale.Equipment:Understands the working principles of crane‑related mechanical and hydraulic equipment, including:FiltersGear boxesDiesel enginesCommon valve types (butterfly, gate, ball, PSV)Crane hydraulic systems (crane hydraulic circuits, HPU, hydraulic pumps).Fully familiar with lubrication requirements and different types of lubricants.Familiarized with preventive maintenance tasks and their objectives.Aware of Condition‑Based Maintenance (CBM) techniques such as vibration monitoring and oil analysis, including their purpose and limitations.Maintenance:Understands preventive and corrective maintenance concepts and basic maintenance planning principles.Has basic knowledge of CMMS usage (issue notifications, read and complete work orders).Able to identify and correctly use mechanical measuring tools.Able to identify spare parts and follow appropriate procedures or work instructions.
