SPIE - CMIMS Leader H/F

MISSIONS :1. CMIMS Strategy & Execution :Oversee CMIMS issues, deviations, and team personnel, serving as the primary contact for all CMIMS-related discussions.Manage asset registers, data templates, and define asset data management requirements.Plan development, ensuring adherence to delivery dates, and participate in guideline and strategy development. 2. Engineering & Quality Compliance :Produce engineering deliverables according to project contracts and propose solutions to enhance activity quality.Perform and review for quality compliance, manage Quality Assurance (QA), and report noncompliance or risks.Report directly to the O&M Package Maintenance Leader regarding compliance. 3. Team Management & Best Practices :Define and implement team practices, standards, and procedures; propose team improvements and integrate best practices.Conduct HSE toolbox talks and contribute to project digitization and intelligent marketing efforts.Contribute to Data Processing Hub (DPH) development. 4. Stakeholder Engagement :Organize client workshops and report to senior management.Stay informed about contracts, procedures and general engineering standards. CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY : Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profileFull remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseasMobilization in Turkey as from March 2027Site rotation: 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFFExpected final project outcome:Strong engineering performance (database population) by end of 2026Successful execution of database loading and implementation of CMIMS from 2027 to 2033
