SPIE Global Services Energy is currently looking for Campaign Supervisor to join its workforce on AKPO project in Nigeria. Main Responsibilities:He is the technical representative of CONTRACTOR on site.He is the HSE management representative for CONTRACTOR activities.He is responsible for the on-site management of CONTRACTOR’s Routine Maintenance teams (administrative,operational, coordination, professional).Under the authority of COMPANY Head Of Maintenance, he organises and plans Routine Maintenance operationson siteHe guarantees that the HSE rules and working procedures in force in COMPANY are respected, as well as theregulations in force in CONTRACTOR’s QA/QC handbook.Operation:Working closely with COMPANY’s Head Of Maintenance, he :Advises COMPANY’s Head Of Maintenance on monthly and annual planning,Distributes the daily activity to the CONTRACTORS’s sub teams on site as prepared by the planning team,Co ordinates the Routine Maintenance operations,Manages the implementation of works on siteLaunches when required all QA/QC operations/inspectionChecks and validates technical and QA/QC reportsPrepares FM reports,Informs the persons concerned, by appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance operations and, ifnecessary, of difficulties encountered.Takes part in different daily, weekly and site co-ordination meetingsMethods:Ensures the appropriateness of the Routine Maintenance procedures and tools employed by his team and, ifnecessary, suggests improvements to COMPANY’s Head Of MaintenanceEnsures co-ordination between Routine Maintenance Works and Preparation teamsPromotes and proposes improvements.Suggests corrective measures to COMPANY if this backlog threatens to become unmanageable,Maintains a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, in closerelationship with other sections, in order to prevent non-productive or non efficient operations.Team Management:Responsible for his teams on site, he particularly:Ensures the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiaryand, if need be, takes the necessary corrective measuresWith the assistance of CONTRACTOR base support, he organises the rotation schedules of his teams(administrative and logistical requirements, crew changes, etc.)Identifies the training needs of his teams and makes training requests as appropriate. Constantly checks thevalidity of individual certifications required by the personnel of CONTRACTORReports to COMPANY Head of Maintenance
