We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position. 17 paid statutory holidays Exceptional market leading benefits Option of MPF or ORSO retirement scheme Key Accountabilities: Welcomes, advises, and supports guest enquiries and bookings of The Peninsula Spa and Fitness Centre Promotes and sells spa services and products to guests to maximize sales potential Handles scheduling of guest reservations with accuracy Ensures guests' spa and fitness journey is smooth from check in to check out Conducts daily opening and closing procedures General Requirements: Related experience in luxury hotels or spa front of house or reception Knowledge in spa computerised booking systems is an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in spoken and written English. Good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage Demonstrates passion for guest care
