Key accountabilities :
Actively promote and sell the spa’s services by staying knowledgeable about treatments, products, and programs, while building customer loyalty.
Be responsible for all payment procedures at the Spa reception desk, as well as for the accuracy of cash balances at the end of each shift and each workday.
Ensure that all clients, VIPs, and members are welcomed to the Spa.
Systematically record and regularly update client preferences, and communicate important information to the team while respecting client confidentiality.
Organize appointments to optimize time management and profitability, while prioritizing customer needs.
Ensure that reception areas are clean, well-presented, and organized at all times.
Ensure that all customer information materials are always available and in good condition.
Profile :
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Be attentive to customers’ needs.
Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills in your work.
Be fluent in English.
Be proficient in using office software (as well as software such as Concept Spa).
Be able to handle emergency situations.
Have similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
Hold a degree from a hospitality school, a BTS, a bachelor’s degree, or have equivalent experience.
