As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating and elevating the hotel’s wine experience, providing expert recommendations and personalized wine pairings that enhance every guest’s dining journey. You will oversee wine selection, cellar management, purchasing, and cost control while ensuring the highest standards of wine service across all outlets. In addition, you will play a key role in developing wine knowledge within the team through training and education, contributing to memorable guest experiences that reflect the sophistication and refined luxury of Park Hyatt Saigon. WSET Level 2 certification or above, with a passion for wine and beverage excellence. Proven experience as a Sommelier or wine professional in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or reputable standalone establishment. Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, food and wine pairing, and cellar management. Excellent guest engagement and communication skills, with the ability to create personalized and memorable dining experiences. Experience in wine purchasing, inventory control, and cost management is preferred. Ability to train, inspire, and develop service teams through wine education and tasting programs. Professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with a passion for delivering refined hospitality in a luxury environment. WSET Level 2 certification or above, with a passion for wine and beverage excellence. Proven experience as a Sommelier or wine professional in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or reputable standalone establishment. Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, food and wine pairing, and cellar management.
