Bourges CDI Temps Partiel Votre quotidien chez nous : Nous recherchons un(e) Employé(e) de Restauration et caisse (H/F) dans un restaurant d’entreprise réalisant 85 couverts par jour basé à Bourges.Vous serez accompagné(e) par le chef de cuisine et vous ferez partie d’une équipe composée de 3 personnes.Vos missions : • Elaborer les préparations froides (hors d’oeuvres, salad’bar) • Tenir la caisse pendant le service ou réapprovisionner les vitrines • Effectuer la plonge vaisselle et batterie• Assurer l’entretien et le nettoyage de votre matériel (salle, plonge et zone de production)• Assurer la traçabilité des produits, le bon respect et le contrôle des normes d'hygiène et sécurité Et surtout faire de votre sécurité et celle de vos équipes une priorité !
