SILAB develops, manufactures and markets patented natural active ingredients with proven efficacy and safety to the world's leading cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic companies to enhance the beauty of healthy skin (SILAB Cosmetics department) and to care for compromised skin (SILAB Softcare department). The Sales department is responsible for the technical and marketing promotion of SILAB's active ingredients and ensures the daily follow-up of the customer relationship, getting involved in its partners' projects and providing all the useful information about the company's products and know-how. Leveraging trust, scientific expertise, and a proactive team, our commercial services deliver a diverse range of market oriented solutions. Following constant growth in the US, SILAB Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Manager based in its office in East Brunswick (NJ). Joining our East Coast team and directly reporting to our Subsidiary General Manager, your mission will be to grow and consolidate the portfolio of customers in your assigned territory: East Coast of USA. To achieve this goal, you’ll need to:- develop the business with our multinational key accounts;- introduce the latest and current ingredients at SILAB’s natural active ingredients portfolio;- ensure the detection and follow-up of sales projects;- develop and maintain effective relationships and loyalty with customers, decision-makers, and influencers;- plan and execute periodic trips to meet customers, participate at trainings, events and shows. You will drive your activity by preparing the annual sales budget and regular reporting of activities at CRM and top management. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams - including scientific support, marketing, project leaders, and sales/logistics administration - to meet customer demands. Upon your arrival, you will benefit from a dedicated training agenda and an annual training schedule linked to SILAB University program (France and USA).
