Key responsibilities: Responsible for all matters in relation to GL tasks in terms of reconciliation, identifying, investigating, and clearing errors in system to ensure smooth process flow. Support month end closing in compliance with accounting standards and group policies. Responsible for investigating technical issues derived from daily activities and others and follow up the issues until solved. Responsible for system testing whenever there is new M3 division roll out. Responsible for other ad-hoc / upcoming new tasks to be given by A/S in Financial Shared Services. Support financial audit in Ambu Group which the areas are handled by Financial Shared Services. Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and standardize processes to enhance efficiency. Suggested candidate profile: Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you: Candidates must possess at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Experience: 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Accounting or similar field. Individuals with finance and accouting background and working experience in MNC will be an advantage. Possess knowledge of accounting and international accounting standard. Possess strong financial analysis skills. Possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, Power BI etc is preferred. Self-motivated, proactive and can-do attitude, an eye for detail and willingness to learn. Able to perform tasks assigned independently and act as a good team player in collaboration with other stakeholders. Able to adapt to changing environments and work processes.
