SEPTODONT - Filling Operator

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs and follows proper gowning procedures and Maintain gowning certification. Produces safe, effective and quality products by following approved procedures. Conducts filling line operations that may include:o Preparation of glass and components.o Assembling and disassembling of the filling machine.o Cleaning and sanitizing of machine parts, accessories and other equipment to prepare for autoclave.o Housekeeping of Filling room and area.o Load and unload steam autoclave and glass from dry-heat oven.o Count the components in filling room as required.o Assist with setup and start up, loading and transfer of components.o Ensure machine operates efficiently and that the finished product meets quality standards. Inspects for physical defects and other quality infractions and reject defective product according to appropriate SOP’s.  Removes finished product from the discharge area. Performs IPQC and visual check. Completes Batch Record and logbooks and report any filling problems to supervisor. Informs Lead Hand of any equipment or process-related issues encountered during filling. Follows GMP and regulatory requirements, and ensures quality standards are met. Observes and supports all safety guidelines and regulations. Demonstrate the Company Mission, Vision and Values Statements, policies, and current standard business practices. Perform other related duties as required
