This role will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chinese Chef in leading, directing and coordinating the daily operations of the Cantonese Kitchen. On the ground floor, Canton Blue, the hotel’s innovative Chinese restaurant, will celebrate the spice-trade union of Asian and British cultures with menus of creative dishes, along with cocktails, and artisanal teas.
