Job Description
Overview:
The SVP, US Client Lead will provide consistently superior media strategies, ideas and marketplace solutions tailored to a fast-paced client in the luxury fashion space.
We are seeking a senior SVP candidate who is:
#1- Strong client relationship builder with a proven ability to cultivate strong, enduring partnerships; anticipate client needs; understand the client’s culture; accept client direction and operate “in the grey”. Client is looking for a trusted thought partner as their account lead.
Luxury/Retail experienced with understanding of the category, high net worth audience targeting, and fast-paced nature of retail. Appreciation for the premium brand positioning, storytelling and the critical need to protect how/where the brand shows up.
Cross-channel media experience with fluency across full-funnel media (brand, performance, commerce, CRM, Data, offline (print/OOH), etc.), driving integrated, business-impacting solutions. Experience with key on and offline partners in the luxury space such as Condé Nast, NYT, JC Decaux would be ideal.
Also seeking fluency in measurement, data and analytics as this is a client passion point. We have a full D&A team for support.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary day-to-day liaison between Publicis Media and client.
Direct the development, presentation and maintenance of brand media plans. Including objectives, strategic initiatives, updates and point-of-views (POVs) on proposals.
Provide direction to buyers and planners in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all buys and executions of media plans adhere to agreed upon planning strategies and are properly communicated to client.
Partner with internal teams and other Publicis Media accounts to develop insights into brand extensions through evaluations and recommendations of cross-platform and merchandising concepts.
Ensure that client receives full value from Publicis Media's resources within the parameters of service/compensation agreement.
Provide leadership and direction to team working on account.
Take leading role in client ideation and creativity, partnering with creative, digital and other agencies
Take leading role in new business activity as required, leading pitch planning teams
Ensure a robust training program for all members of the team is in place
Qualifications
Minimum 12+ years of media experience with extensive planning knowledge
Superior client service experience with proven ability to provide strategic media plans
Bachelors degree
Experience across all media types (national, local, direct, OOH)
Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to translate numbers into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
Excellent leadership ability to drive team to deliver results

Compensation Range: USD $180,215.00 - USD $265,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
