Market/Team Context: A newly created, highly impactful hybrid role within the Strategic Finance team, supporting both central and regional scopes in a fast-scaling environment. This role was designed to cover four of Qonto's most strategic financial gaps simultaneously: Upmarket growth, new market expansion, and group revenue consolidation.

Examples of successful projects we recently worked on: Structuring the financial framework for new market entries, building the unit economics model for the Upmarket segment, and revamping Qonto's revenue consolidation process.
Tools we use: Advanced financial modeling tools, Excel/Google Sheets, Anaplan, and cutting-edge AI and automation solutions to streamline Strategic Finance processes.

Their background: You will report directly to Nathalie, our Strategic Finance Director. She started her career in a Big 4 firm before moving into corporate FP&A roles across Business Partnering and Revenue at tech and entertainment companies like Criteo, Ubisoft, Solocal, and Activision-Blizzard. She joined Qonto and leads a talented Strategic Finance team of five people.

🏅 About You

FP&A Process Excellence: You have at least 6 years of demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end closing, and management reporting in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
Financial Modeling Proficiency: You have a strong ability to build financial models, dashboards, and reporting systems from scratch, translating operational data into strategic insights.
Business Partner Communication: You possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders through clear financial storytelling and translate financial data into actionable insights.
Stakeholder Influence & Trade-offs: You are assertive and capable of autonomously assessing cross-functional financial trade-offs, confidently escalating critical decisions to finance leadership.
Multi-scope Agility: You are comfortable holding a broad and diverse scope — regional, functional, and central — and can prioritize effectively without losing depth on any axis.
AI & Automation Proficiency: You autonomously use AI tools and automation techniques to build workflows and accelerate analysis, always looking for opportunities to optimize processes without waiting for direction.
