Role Purpose:
To accelerate the development and deployment of Danone North Europe's Revenue Growth Management capabilities by leading strategic transformation initiatives, driving adoption of best-in-class tools and processes, and embedding standardised RGM ways of working across markets and categories. The role acts as the bridge between strategy design and market execution, ensuring that capability development translates into measurable commercial value.
Key Activities:
RGM Transformation & Capability Development
Lead major workstreams within the North Europe RGM transformation roadmap
Develop and implement scalable RGM frameworks, playbooks and governance processes
Drive best-practice adoption across all RGM levers including Pricing, Promotion, Trade Terms, Portfolio and Mix
Support the development of a common RGM operating model across North Europe
Analytics & Tools
Lead implementation and enhancement of RGM tools, dashboards and analytical capabilities
Ensure consistent use of RGM tools across markets and categories
Champion data-driven decision making through advanced commercial analytics
Change Management
Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Marketing and Category teams to drive capability adoption
Lead training, coaching and change management activities across North Europe
Build organisational understanding of RGM principles and methodologies
Commercial Value Creation
Partner with category and market RGM teams to identify growth opportunities
Support development of trade investment optimisation initiatives
Generate measurable revenue, profit and mix improvements through RGM interventions

Project leadership responsibility across multiple transformation workstreams

Transformation milestones delivered on time
Tool adoption and utilisation rates
Trade investment ROI improvements
Pricing and promotional effectiveness improvements
Incremental NS and profit delivery from RGM initiative
Stakeholder engagement and capability assessment results
About You
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
Strong expertise across RGM levers
Excellent commercial analytics capability
Experience in pricing, promotions and customer profitability
Strong financial and business acumen
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to translate strategy into executable plans
Comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
Salary Bracket: £70,000-£85,000 + bonus and benefits
