Senior Quality Manager CZ/SK (2-year cover)

Short Intro and About the Job We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager CZ/SK to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you will lead the quality and food safety agenda across the Czech and Slovak markets , ensuring compliance with local regulations and Danone standards, proactively managing risks, and protecting our consumers and brand. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive quality performance, consumer insights, and continuous improvement across the value chain. What you will be responsible for: Lead the team to protect market reputation by ensuring food safety standards and regulations are fully applied Prevent and manage food safety risks across the full value chain — from product design to delivery, including crisis support Drive a 360° consumer & patient voice, connecting insights from all channels (careline, social, e-commerce, etc.) Ensure high-quality consumer experience at every touchpoint, in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations Oversee consumer careline performance and continuous improvement Build strong partnerships with internal teams, external partners and authorities to ensure compliance and effective issue resolution About You We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager with the following profile: Have experience in Quality Management, Food Safety, or QMS, ideally in FMCG Possess strong knowledge of quality standards and local regulations Can proactively manage risks and work effectively across functions and stakeholders Bring a consumer-first mindset and a passion for quality and continuous improvement Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills Speak fluent Czech/Slovak and English About Us, We offer and What's next Why should YOU apply right away?
