Neil Cope Director - Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a well-known Swiss multi-site industrial business to hire a Senior Procurement Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of key purchasing processes and drive practical, scalable improvements across the organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of procurement, process governance, and procurement technology - owning S2C/P2P ways of working, enabling stakeholders, and ensuring tools and data are used effectively across multiple business entities. In this position, you will act as Process Owner for defined procurement processes and play a central role in strengthening and standardizing procurement practices across business areas. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end ownership and continuous improvement of S2P and P2P processes across segments Driving process optimization with a focus on efficiency, digitalization and pragmatic implementation Supporting Category Managers with complex sourcing events and tenders in tools such as SAP Ariba Ensuring data quality and developing analysis/category structures Collaborating with stakeholders across a complex environment to prioritize and deliver improvements Creating training materials and delivering training to ensure processes/systems are adopted long-term We’re looking for a procurement professional with strong systems/process capability, ideally from a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Candidate Profile: 5+ years’ procurement experience with a strong understanding of S2C, P2P, Procurement processes, contract management, analytics Strong SAP knowledge (mandatory) and hands-on experience with digital procurement platforms (Ideally, SAP Ariba ; Coupa/Jaggaer also beneficial) Confidence working with procurement tech topics such as integrations / APIs / EDI and process/tool rollouts Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex organizations Fluent German & English (mandatory) EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
