Ensure all employee changes are accurately processed on Workday and completed in a timely manner Be the first point of contact for a specific remit for all People matters Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent understanding and compliance across the organization Provide support on regular key HR processes (i.e. performance management process, employee survey, training programs), and ensure the business is informed of annual processes and mandatory deadlines to support high completion rates Oversee the tracking and preparation of monthly payroll variables and ensure contractual and personal changes are accurately reflected in the monthly payroll checklist Manage recruitment activities (draft job descriptions, job posting, selection of candidates, interviews, follow up, update database) Coordinate employee connection sessions (Legacy Awards, Geneva People Connect, etc.) Participate to EMEA or local projects Identify ways to improve work processes and improve employee, internal and/or external, experience At least 3 years of previous Swiss HR Generalist experience in a multinational company required Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law HR Certificate – federal diploma is an asset Strong knowledge of Workday & MS Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to details and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment Hands-on approach and "can-do" attitude Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the HR team, business partners and external partners and contacts Excellent team player and communicator
