Description and Requirements The Senior Manager, Strategic ISV Alliances will lead Lenovo engagement with a portfolio of strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners that accelerate growth across AI, industry solutions, services, and Lenovo's broader Services & Solutions Group (SSG) portfolio. This role serves as the central orchestrator for alliance strategy, governance, co-sell execution, and ecosystem scale. Working across Sales, Offerings, Marketing, Operations, and Geo leadership teams, the successful candidate will transform strategic ISV relationships into repeatable growth engines that expand Lenovo's AI ecosystem, accelerate revenue opportunities, and increase services and TruScale attach. Key Responsibilities • Own a portfolio of strategic ISV partners aligned to SSG growth priorities • Develop multi-year ISV alliance strategies and joint business plans • Establish executive relationships across partner organizations • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), QBRs, and governance cadences • Drive joint GTM planning, co-sell motions, and geo activation strategies • Expand Lenovo's AI ecosystem through strategic software partnerships • Build business cases supporting ecosystem investments and growth initiatives • Lead negotiations related to joint business plans, investment commitments, and strategic partnership frameworks • Drive accountability for alliance-influenced pipeline, revenue growth, services attach, and strategic business outcomes • Develop alliance scorecards, executive reporting, and performance dashboards • Influence Sales, Marketing, Offerings, Operations, and Geo teams without direct authority Required Qualifications • 10+ years experience in strategic alliances, ecosystem partnerships, business development, partner sales, or related technology leadership roles • 7+ years managing strategic technology partnerships and executive-level partner relationships • Experience developing and executing multi-year alliance growth strategies • Experience driving measurable revenue growth through co-sell motions, ecosystem partnerships, and strategic GTM programs • Experience building business cases, investment strategies, and financial models supporting partnership growth • Experience negotiating strategic partnership initiatives, joint business plans, investment commitments, and commercial frameworks • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership teams • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing ISV, cloud, AI, software, hyperscaler, or platform ecosystem partnerships • Experience with enterprise software vendors and SaaS providers • Experience supporting global partnerships across multiple geographies • Experience managing partner-funded investments and MDF programs • Familiarity with AI ecosystem architectures, cloud platforms, and enterprise software environments The base salary range budgeted for this position is $171,000 to $203,000.
