Description and Requirements Strategic Leadership & Transformation IT Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy roadmaps for managed services, aligning infrastructure transformations with business objectives, cost reduction, and operational effectiveness. Team Restructure & Leadership: Direct and mentor a cross-functional team of infrastructure. Foster a culture of continuous learning, restructure teams (e.g., separating engineering and operations) to optimize delivery, and define clear career progression paths. Legacy Modernization: Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, including offloading legacy workloads to open-platform and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift). Operations & Service Delivery Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment and continuous operation of cross-platform environments (Unix, Linux, Windows, Mainframe, Databases, Middleware) ensuring adherence to stringent SLAs and ITIL guidelines. Vendor & Budget Management: Act as the primary vendor manager for top-tier strategic vendors. Oversee IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and value realization. Governance & Resilience: Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and oversee disaster recovery (DR) planning, capacity management, and incident response, minimizing business disruptions and improving recovery times. Automation & AI Integration Advanced Automation: Engineer and deploy secure, containerized automation environments (e.g., n8n via Docker and Cloudflare Zero Trust) to streamline operations and enhance CI/CD pipelines. AI Agentic Workflows: Architect and integrate AI agents and tools (such as Claude Code, DeepSeek, Firecrawl, and Manus AI) to develop autonomous workflows for data processing, web scraping, and automated IT service management tasks. Process Optimization: Drive end-to-end automation seamlessly integrated with Privileged Access Management (PAM) to slash deployment and vulnerability patching times.
