What You'll Do Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including sales, supply chain, procurement, marketing, sponsorship, collaboration, and partnership contracts. Leading legal advice on digital activities, online presence, and direct-to-consumer sales offerings. Managing data protection law compliance and supporting the Data Protection Officer in strategy implementation. Building and managing competition law strategy to ensure compliance with local and regional regulations. Supervising, mentoring, and developing Legal Counsels to enhance team capabilities. Managing small scale litigation internally and coordinating with external counsel for complex matters. Providing formal legal training to various departments on relevant legal frameworks.
