Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by enabling asset managers, investors, and operators to extract more value from their renewable portfolios.Job DescriptionThe RoleAs a Lead / Senior Product Manager, you will take the lead of the development of a specific subset of Streem Energy products. You will work alongside the engineering team, the customer operations and the sales team, to define the product roadmap, and execute the ambitious ideas we have.This role is open at Senior or Lead level depending on experience, impact track record, and leadership skills.You will be a key pillar of Streem’s business, constantly liaising between our tech team and our clients and commercials. You will contribute to the definition of the company strategy, goals, and objectives.At Streem, product is not a support function: product is at the heart of everything we do.  Beyond execution, we are looking for a true product leader: someone who can develop a strong product vision, anticipate industry trends, and bring creativity to shape what energy management software should look like in the coming years.You will be in charge of:Define and refine the product’s short and long-term vision in collaboration with the product team and the foundersDevelop a clear understanding of the energy management industry, its trends, and emerging needsEstablish short to mid-term key priorities aligned with business goalsContribute actively to the company strategy, objectives and roadmap definitionBuild a strong product and user culture within the whole Streem teamCommunicate clearly on product challenges, priorities and trade-offsSynchronize product efforts across engineering, operations and commercial teamsBe a strong internal leader, able to drive execution and clarity even in ambiguityOn your day-to-day, you will:Gain a deep understanding of all our user personas to come up with elegant solutions to their problemsMonitor usage and user feedback continuouslyMonitor the energy management software landscape continuouslyAttend client meetings occasionally to understand needs and validate solutionsDefine the next generation of products and features, based on user feedback, analytics, studies and various inputs from our industryDesign product and feature specifications rigorouslyPrioritize feature development, define product roadmaps, product strategy and key goals and objectivesManage the development backlog of your perimeter and ensure alignment with engineering capacity and other product managers’s roadmap Support the engineering team during the development, testing and release stageEnsure the quality of the deliveriesEnsure the predictability of the deliveriesBe accountable for shipping valuable features fast, while maintaining a high standardQualificationsOne of Streem’s core values is to “try to get better, always” and as such we are looking for an experienced product manager with a strong bias toward execution. Shipping high quality features at a fast pace is your day-to-day challenge!You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, building data-oriented products Strong interest in the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market is highly appreciated)Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex datasets (being proficient in Excel/VBA, SQL, Python, or other programming languages would be an advantage)Creative mind, passionate about product and design: you are obsessed with design and user experienceExcellent written and oral communication skills in English: you have great presentation skills and a natural ability to convince stakeholdersStrong curiosity for emerging technologies (especially AI) and their impact on product building: You believe Product Management is being reinvented and you are excited to be part of this evolution. Disclaimer: You don't check all the boxes but can learn fast and want to take on new challenges?
