This is where your greatest challenge awaits:

Within the Group Procurement team, you will lead highly strategic and transversal global indirect categories, while coordinating regional procurement activities.

You will actively contribute to the overall performance and transformation of the Procurement function.

Your mission:

  • Define and implement global sourcing strategies (Marketing, Communication, Professional Services)
  • Lead strategic negotiations and manage international supplier relationships
  • Ensure competitiveness, supplier innovation and risk mitigation
  • Oversee indirect procurement activities across ENA, NCA and LATAM regions
  • Ensure alignment between global strategies and regional execution
  • Monitor category performance (KPIs, savings, supplier performance)
  • Identify value creation and optimization opportunities
  • Lead and develop procurement teams (direct or matrix)
  • Contribute to procurement transformation and governance

Qualifications

And you?

Experience:

  • Around 10 years of experience in procurement in an international environment
  • Strong expertise in indirect procurement, especially Marketing & Communication

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strategic mindset and result orientation

Languages:

  • Fluent English required
