The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for various duties, including partnering with executives, providing financial advice, and overseeing company integrations. Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst: Prepare timely financial statements, board reporting, budgets, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making Analyze budget-to-actuals, revenue, and expenses to drive operational performance across portfolio companies Support the operational and financial integration of new M&A acquisitions and execute business case initiatives Provide financial advice and guidance to key business stakeholders across the organization Experience required: 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar Master's/Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics or similar Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus Experience with NetSuite is a plus EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
