This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established international business during a period of organizational change, providing experienced leadership, continuity and stability across a broad Finance & Operations function. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be a key member of the regional leadership team, overseeing Finance, Logistics, IT and PMO. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the business continues to operate effectively during an important leadership transition. This role isn't about driving large-scale transformation from day one. Instead, we're looking for a commercially astute leader who can quickly build credibility, support an established leadership team and maintain momentum across the region while a permanent appointment is made.
