Description and Requirements The Sr. Specialist for North America Events owns execution and coordination of high-visibility event programs, translating defined strategies into action and serving as the day-to-day execution lead. This individual will have a focus on channel activations. Key Responsibilities - Lead logistics and execution for pillar and program-level events - Coordinate vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders - Manage run-of-show development, timelines, and on-site operations - Own POE and post-event documentation and reporting - Lead executional communications and cadence calls - Track budgets and identify execution risks Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required - 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or related fields - Demonstrated experience managing logistics-heavy events - Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills - Ability to apply judgment in resolving non-routine issues Preferred Qualifications - Experience with customer hospitality, B2B events, or sponsorship activations - Comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external partners - Knowledge of and/or experience with channel Additional Requirements - Willingness to travel up to 30% We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
