Senior AI Developer

Description and Requirements Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design and deliver advanced Generative and Agentic AI solutions that drive innovation at scale. This role focuses on building end-to-end, production-ready AI systems, integrating cutting-edge models into enterprise environments, and shaping scalable architectures across cloud, on-premise, and edge platforms. Working at the intersection of engineering and business, you will play a key role in translating complex AI capabilities into real-world impact. Reports to the Director, SSG AI Offerings. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced Generative and Agentic AI solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business goals Build end-to-end AI systems, including architectures, models, agents, inference engines, and user interfaces Work with LLMs, SLMs, VLMs, and modern frameworks to deliver scalable, production-ready AI applications Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms across cloud, on-premise, and edge environments Identify and implement cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize AI performance and efficiency Ensure robust security practices, including data protection, access controls, and vulnerability management Apply best practices in AIOps and AI development across both experimental and production environments Support solution design and pre-sales activities, clearly communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field 5+ years of experience in AI development across areas such as machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI Hands-on experience building end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including multi-modal systems using leading platforms and models Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies (GPUs, CUDA, TensorRT) and integration of AI Enterprise tools is a strong advantage Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise environments, including containerization and scaling with Kubernetes Proven experience with MLOps, LLMOps, or AIOps and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, with experience in modern development frameworks and scripting Ability to design scalable, production-ready AI systems and work effectively across diverse technical environments Benefits: C ompensation & Rewards Performance-based salary reviews and annual bonuses Meal tickets, service anniversary awards, and referral bonuses Employee share purchase program Scholarships for employees’ children Health & Well-being Fully covered private medical insurance Annual well-being allowance for sports, training, relaxation, and therapy ,and on-site chair massage Life & accident insurance with extra medical coverage Employee Assistance Program Training & Development Technical Ladder & Sales Excellence programs I ndividual Career Development Plans with mentoring Bookster subscription for continuous learning Time Away 21–28 vacation days depending on tenure Sick days and extra paid leave for public holidays on weekends Additional paid leave for employees with children We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
