Role Background:

Kyriba is hiring a talented Senior Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts. This is a quota carrying position, 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the commercial relationship for your portfolio of accounts.

  • Drive expansion (identify, develop, and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities).

  • Run client business reviews to uncover initiatives and pain points.

  • Partner with internal/external teams to ensure customer success.

  • Manage renewals proactively to hit retention targets.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define the upsell approach and objectives.

  • Deliver compelling presentations/demos that differentiate Kyriba.

  • Navigate procurement, legal, and security stakeholders to close deals.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity progression in Salesforce.

  • Generate leads via social selling, networking, industry events, and outreach.

  • Partner with BDRs and Marketing to convert qualified leads into opportunities. 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with Clients based on reliance & expertise.

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial technology solutions.

  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close as well as renewal cycles.

  • A charismatic team player, with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales productivity tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Account Management Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP solutions, or financial software.

  • Background in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk management.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for customer meetings, industry events, and team meeting.
