Our Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport opened in January 2018. The hotel features 312 rooms, a meeting and events area, a restaurant and a fitness centre. Located close to Frankfurt Airport, the hotel offers excellent S-Bahn connections. Thanks to our carefully designed service concept, we provide our guests with all the amenities they need for a comfortable stay.

Then become part of our team! We are looking for an engaged and motivated person to support our Director of Sales in the day-to-day business. With your organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail, you will help us achieve our sales targets.
In this varied role, you will act as the administrative interface for our Sales team and work closely with the Events, Revenue, Marketing and Operations departments.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the Director of Sales with day-to-day operational activities
Preparing, processing and following up on quotations, contracts and sales agreements for corporate, group and event clients
Independently managing and coordinating RFPs (Requests for Proposal) via various tender platforms
Maintaining and managing customer and company data
Preparing sales materials, presentations and reports
Supporting the management of existing corporate accounts and the acquisition of new business partners
Working closely with Revenue Management, Events and the operational departments
Managing and processing reservations for corporate clients
Supporting sales activities, trade fairs and customer events
Ensuring professional and service-oriented communication with our customers and partners

Your Qualifications
Completed training in hotel management, tourism or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in hotel sales, reservations or sales support
Experience with contracts and RFP platforms is an advantage
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Opera Cloud or comparable hotel systems is an advantage
A positive attitude, initiative and a genuine passion for hospitality
Your Qualifications
Completed training in hotel management, tourism or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in hotel sales, reservations or sales support
Experience with contracts and RFP platforms is an advantage
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
