In an environment of growth and new product development, we seek to strengthen our design team with an experienced Requirement Manager.
Your skills include a strong background in requirement management tools and methodologies.
You are familiar with R&D flows such as V-model, traceability and safety standards.
Your organizational expertise will help you to plan and lead the requirement management activity for the whole product line.
Working in close partnership with the NXP community, you will be responsible for project requirement management and traceability throughout the entire project, as well as providing the formal reports required by program management, quality and safety standards.
The scope of the job includes the following responsibilities
- Define, write and maintain the project’s Requirement Management Plan, including all traceability elements
- Support the requirements and traceability review process, and provide project requirement management status
- Deliver the compliancy reports for safety, quality and program management standards
- Project set-up and maintenance
- Align with program managers to define and schedule the deliverables
- Coordination of tasks within the requirement management team
- Communication with the R&D community and the stake holders
- Continuous improvement of the performance and the tools

Required skills
- Knowledge of Specification structure & traceability
- Understanding of V-model framework
- Knowledge in IBM ELM/DOORSNG/DOORS 9 usage and administration
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
- Organizational skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Working daily in an international environment
- Self-motivated and self-driven.
- Knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards is a plus
- Knowledge in other requirements management tools is a plus
