You will play a key role in the care, rehabilitation and support of patients, ensuring their healthcare needs are met while adhering to the highest professional standards. We have multiple part-time roles available based in Wooroloo, WA. You could be a great fit if you have: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Experience in primary healthcare, clinical assessment, and care planning Strong clinical problem-solving skills The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to cultural awareness and respecting diversity You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
