The Reliability Expert will be responsible for implementing Reliability Workstreams in multiple sites. The SME role sets directions, defines the reliability workplan, resources and rituals following the Reliability methodology for
particular workstreams following the Project Timeline.
This is a full remote position, with 10% travel accros Europe, with a duration of 1 year contract.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Maintenance and Reliability
Lead key reliability themes in the Manufacturing area, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Loss Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA+)
Preventative Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Predictive Maintenance and Work Management Process
Develop and train Site SME’s in the use of Reliability methodologies/tools
Engage with multi-functional team including: Site Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Leaders, Data Analysts, MT Engineers
Drive reliability mindset within the organization
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s Degree Engineering
At least 5 years prior experience in Maintenance & Reliability/ production processes/ManufacturingTechnology
Working Knowledge of Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP’s)and Equipment Failure Modes
Working Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Meridium (Preferred)
Proficient in French is a big plus
Proficient in English is mandatory.
