POSITION SUMMARY
The Animation Agent is the key creator of connections with our guests. His/her mission is to make their stay memorable. He/She embodies our values. He/She encourages, registers, and schedules guest participation in leisure activities. He/She promotes a friendly, relaxed, and dynamic atmosphere for guests. He/She informs guests about the available leisure facilities as well as the activities offered. He/She ensures continuity of hotel service in the evening and the smooth organization of nighttime operations, guaranteeing both guest satisfaction and the security of the property.
SPECIFIC MISSIONS:
• Creates the activity schedules and communicates them to guests;
• Promotes and enforces the rules and procedures of leisure areas to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of guests;
• Supervises the proper execution of activities and intervenes appropriately in case of emergencies, in accordance with established procedures;
• Identifies risk situations for guests and informs management; ensures everyone participates safely;
• Ensures the cleaning, maintenance, and proper functioning of leisure equipment and materials;
• Reports any accident, incident, injury, or hazardous working condition; completes mandatory safety training and certifications;
• Applies company policies and procedures, ensures professional presentation, preserves confidentiality, and protects hotel property;
• Welcomes guests according to service standards, anticipates their needs, assists individuals with disabilities, and delivers a caring and thoughtful experience;
• Communicates effectively and professionally with guests and teams; contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment;
• Visually inspects equipment and facilities to detect any anomalies or malfunctions;
• Performs physical activities required by the role: prolonged standing, frequent movement, handling and lifting loads in compliance with safety rules, navigating different types of spaces (indoors, outdoors, stairs, uneven surfaces);
• Covers morning and/or evening activity and entertainment periods (split shifts);

o Protects the security and confidentiality of guest and colleague information;
o Follows all company and/or departmental procedures;
Human Resources Management:
o Ensures all mandatory internal training and Marriott International virtual training are completed;

Offer details:
- Status : Employee – Niveau I – Echelon 1
- Contract period : May - September 2026
- Trial period : 15 days
- Gross monthly base salary scale: 1.900€ - 2.100€
- Weekly working hours : 39 hours
