Are you passionate about software reliability, test strategy, and modern engineering practices? We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Paris!
In this role, you won't just execute tests—you will partner directly with engineering teams to shape testing strategies, drive continuous improvement, and elevate quality standards across the organization.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with engineering teams to design and continuously improve test strategies, ensuring the right tests exist at the right level of the test pyramid
Analyse incidents affecting the tribe and translate learnings into improvements in tests, pipelines, and engineering practices to reduce recurring issues
Define and track quality metrics with teams to prioritise reliability and delivery improvements
Promote a balanced test pyramid and help teams adopt quality tooling, working with Quality Platform Engineers where relevant
Contribute to cross-team quality improvements and share best practices via the quality chapter
🦸♂️WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5+ years in Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar roles in modern development setups.
Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments .
Solid understanding of software architecture , distributed systems , and test pyramid methodologies.
High autonomy, structured problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership.
Nice-to-haves: Experience in SaaS platforms, observability/monitoring tools, frameworks like Playwright or Selenium, or scaling engineering standards across multiple teams.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS :
1. Recruiter Call (30 min): Introductory screen to discuss your background, expectations, and answer your initial questions.
2. Hiring Manager Interview (45–60 min): Conversation focused on cultural fit, role vision, and alignment with the team's roadmap.
3. Quality Expertise Assessment (60 min): In-depth review of your QA core skills (testing strategies, test pyramid, incident management, and best practices).
4. Technical Exercise & Team Fit (60 min): Practical scenario with two team members (including a Product Manager) to evaluate real-time collaboration and problem-solving.
