Purchasing Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The position ensures effective and efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of all goods and services the hotel needs to operate. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive purchasing/materials management experience within international 4- to 5-star hotels or upscale hospitality environments. Proven experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, cost containment, and strategic sourcing. Hands-on proficiency in hospitality materials management systems (e.g., BirchStreet, Materials Control / MC, Oracle, SAP, or SunSystems). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive purchasing/materials management experience within international 4- to 5-star hotels or upscale hospitality environments.
