source:recrutement.groupetrefle.com Description du poste et Missions The role is part of a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) mission supporting the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center project in Europe. The Project Manager acts as the Lead Owner’s Representative (Lead OR) and overall head of the PMC team, responsible for ensuring end-to-end project delivery from IFC design review through commissioning and Facility Ready. The project environment includes multiple workstreams (civil, PUF, structural, architectural, MEP, commissioning, BIM, project controls and commercial) and requires coordination with contractors, client stakeholders, authorities, and utilities. The position operates in a fast-track construction environment for a mission-critical facility, with high standards for quality, safety, operational readiness and schedule performance. • Lead the PMC team and ensure overall project delivery performance. • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and safety throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities. • Oversee contractor execution and remove blockers impacting delivery. • Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and critical path control. • Act as the primary interface with the client and key stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with EU regulations, HSE standards and project governance. • Lead project closeout and operational handover readiness.
