What you will do At Volvo Group you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will develop, enhance and support .NET based applications across their full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and operations. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Product Owner and other stakeholders, you will contribute to solution design, build and test new features, and ensure applications meet coding, testing and security standards. You will manage releases through multiple environments and support rollouts, fixes and enhancements in both non-production and production. You will also take an active role in application maintenance and support, helping the team meet agreed service levels and continuously improve quality and stability. Who are you? In this role, you will bring strong hands-on experience in .NET web application development and a genuine interest in building maintainable, secure and well-designed solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, communicating clearly, and taking ownership from delivery to support. You combine a customer-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset, and you enjoy working in an Agile setup where teamwork and transparency matter. Essential requirements 5+ years of experience in .NET web application development Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and SQL Strong foundation in OOP, SOLID principles and common design patterns Experience with CI/CD practices and release management across environments Application support and maintenance experience, with willingness to work in support Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural, distributed environment Nice to have Azure services experience (App Service, Functions, Storage) Azure DevOps, Git and or TFS experience Familiarity with SonarQube, SAST, DAST and OWASP aligned practices Awareness of integration and messaging concepts (MQ) and ITSM and SLA ways of working Ready for the next move?
