Neil Cope Director - Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their site leadership team Reporting into senior site leadership, the Production Manager will take full ownership of day-to-day production operations across the manufacturing site. You will sit as part of the broader site leadership team and play a central role in driving operational excellence across the facility. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable on the shop floor as they are in a leadership meeting - and who has the drive and capability to grow within the organization over time. What you'll be doing Implementing and embedding Lean Manufacturing principles across production Managing shift planning, resource allocation, and scheduling across a complex operation Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Monitor production output (OEE), quality, and efficiency against key performance indicators. Adapting communication style from shop floor to senior stakeholder level with ease Contributing to site leadership decisions and longer-term operational strategy What they're looking for Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification is advantageous Strong leadership and people development skills - you bring teams with you through change High resilience and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Fluency in both English and French EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
