Bij Puratos in Lummen zoeken we een Planning Employee die een sleutelrol speelt tussen productie, customer service, voorraadbeheer, kwaliteit en productontwikkeling. Dankzij jouw planning verlopen onze productieprocessen efficiënt en kunnen klanten rekenen op een tijdige levering. Wat vertrouwen we je toe? Als Planning Employee zorg je ervoor dat de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt. Je: maakt productieplanningen op basis van bestellingen, beschikbare grondstoffen en productiecapaciteit; bewaakt de voorraadniveaus en zorgt voor een goede beschikbaarheid van producten; stemt dagelijks af met productie, customer service, kwaliteit, productontwikkeling en aankoop; zoekt oplossingen wanneer er onverwachte wijzigingen zijn, zoals dringende klantvragen of materiaaltekorten; volgt lopende producties op en stuurt bij waar nodig; analyseert cijfers en planningen om de werking continu te verbeteren; ondersteunt de opstart van nieuwe producten en testproducties; helpt mee om onze klanten tijdig en correct te beleveren. Wie zoeken we? Je hoeft geen ervaren planner te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die graag leert en energie krijgt van analyseren en organiseren. Jij: denkt analytisch en werkt graag met cijfers; houdt overzicht en kan goed prioriteiten stellen; communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders; werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; hebt interesse in planning, logistiek of supply chain; spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Een eerste ervaring in planning, logistiek of een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Wat bieden we je aan?
