**Join Us**Job DescriptionAs part of the Operational Performance team, you will work with data analysts, data scientists and user researchers to improve performance and decision-making across commercial, product and content topics.Data analysts at Deezer have a key role to elevate data culture and to make sure any strategic decision is based on the right data-driven insights :They identify problems and implement solutions based on data that will fuel Deezer’s growthThey shape data-informed product and business strategiesThey communicate results and influence key business and product leadersThey keep an open and growth mindset in order to continuously develop new methodologies, analytical skills and business acumen.What you will doWork closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their vision and challengesConduct data-driven and product-oriented analyses to build product and business recommendations that help stakeholders make the right decisions (Ex : do customization strategy have a positive impact on engagement and retention ?)Run A/B tests to statistically assess the impact of an initiative (product change, user segmentation, conversion / upsell entry point…)Translate large, complex datasets into well-structured and insightful analysesBuild your own data pipelines: from the logs to the final dataset using Python, SQL, AirflowDesign, build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to make product usage data accessible, and easily understandableCollaborate closely with Data Science and User Research teams.Maintain and enrich our Product Tracking PlanWhat we bring to the tableConstant technical upskilling with experts on tech, data, dataviz, methodologiesBeing part of the improvement of our environment (POCs on various tools, exploration of new approaches…)Gain a 360 vision of our product and business, thanks to the combination of analytics, data science and user researchBuild business casesExposure to top management on strategic topicsQualificationsMust have:1 year of experience in a similar or other relevant position involving solving complex problemsCurious: hunger for learningTenacious : being ready to tackle complex problems with insights and analyses, at the crossroads of tech, product and businessGood presentation skillsStrong team player attitudeProficient in SQL or equivalent Fluent in EnglishNice to have:A business-oriented mindsetData Visualization skills (e.g. Tableau, etc.)Familiar with Airflow Affinity with the music industry :)Additional InformationAt Deezer, you can be your true self as we believe that #everyvoicematters.
