Planning Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring material planning and supply, guaranteeing proper availability to meet production plans and customer demand, with a focus on service level, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery performance. Coordinate material planning (MRP) activities, ensuring accurate generation and management of purchase orders. Ensure availability of raw materials, components, and hardware according to the production plan. Monitor and act on material shortages, supplier delays, and supply risks. Manage planning parameters (lead time, minimum order quantity, safety stock, reorder point). Lead the ordering process with suppliers, ensuring continuous follow-up and adherence to delivery schedules. Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to resolve deviations. Support S&OP/MPS processes, ensuring alignment between demand and supply capabilities. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD, inventory coverage, inventory turns, backlog, etc. Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in planning and supply processes. Coordinate and develop the team of planners/buyers, driving performance and capability building.
