Descripción del empleo Solicitamos: Planeador de Materiales Objetivo de la posición: El/La Planeador de Materiales es responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales para suministrar al área de Producción en el tiempo y cantidad correctos, de acuerdo con el programa de producción, a su vez cuidando y manteniendo un nivel óptimo de inventario. Requisitos: Escolaridad: Ingeniería industrial, Mecánica, Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Negocios Internacionales. Titulado Experiencia: Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en Planeación de Materiales, Supply Chain, Logística o Planeación de la Demanda dentro de empresas de manufactura, con experiencia en gestión de inventarios, abastecimiento, relación con proveedores, MRP/ERP y coordinación de materiales para producción. Idioma: Inglés Avanzado Actividades: Planear y asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno de materiales conforme al programa de producción. Gestionar la planeación de materiales con base en forecast, demanda y plan maestro de producción. Monitorear inventarios y coberturas para prevenir faltantes, sobreinventarios y obsolescencia. Coordinar y dar seguimiento a proveedores para garantizar entregas en tiempo y forma. Negociar ajustes en planes de suministro de acuerdo con cambios en la demanda y producción. Implementar estrategias de optimización de inventarios y continuidad del suministro. Gestionar órdenes urgentes y materiales críticos para evitar afectaciones a la producción. Coordinar la emisión y transmisión de releases, ASNs y documentación logística. Colaborar con las áreas de Producción, Logística, Compras, Calidad y Finanzas para asegurar la continuidad operativa. Participar y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua y proyectos de Cadena de Suministro. Monitorear indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área. Participar en proyectos de introducción de nuevos productos y cambios de ingeniería. Dar seguimiento al desempeño de proveedores mediante visitas y revisiones periódicas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, 5S y código de conducta. Capacitar y brindar soporte a nuevos integrantes del equipo.
