Present in more than 30 countries, the Group supports its clients' development strategies in the fields of engineering, innovation, R&D, and technological information systems.Description du posteAs a Piping Engineer specializing in the nuclear sector, you will join ALTEN teams to work on large-scale projects. Your responsibilities will include:ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical point of contact with the supplier, acting as the main interface.Ensure technical compliance of supplier documents (design files, plans, etc.) with contractual and nuclear standards.Review and validate technical documents such as calculation notes, execution drawings, and manufacturing procedures.Coordinate internally with system engineers (especially in Mechanics and Valves), the Quality team, and the project team (planning and cost).Participate in technical reviews and progress meetings.Oversee manufacturing, testing, and quality control activities at the supplier’s site.Monitor non-conformities, waiver requests, and corrective actions.Provide technical support to on-site construction teams, addressing field deviations and installation queries. QualificationsEngineering degree or Master’s level (Bac+5) with a specialization in metal structures, static mechanics, or rotating machinery.Initial relevant experience in the field, ideally within the energy and/or nuclear sector (including internships or work-study programs).Strong autonomy, with excellent writing and communication skills.Fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.Informations complémentairesWhat We Offer Innovation, growth, and fulfillment are at the heart of our vision at ALTEN. Innovation: Engage in cutting-edge technological projects in an environment that values creativity and the pursuit of innovative solutions.Growth: Enjoy personalized support with training and certifications to develop your expertise and advance in our various areas: Specialists, Project Management, Business Management, and Support Functions.Fulfillment: ALTEN places great importance on recognizing the potential of each individual.
