Are you a Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a unique healthcare setting? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Williamtown Health Centre working . This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel while working in a supportive and professional clinical environment. In this role, you will provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation services and play an important role in supporting the physical readiness and recovery of Defence members. The base is one of the busiest in NSW, employing over 4500 people. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services. Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1530 Monday - Friday. What you’ll do  Provide a range of evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative services Work with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries with a focus on functional rehabilitation and returning members to their work and exercise goals. Coordinate patient administration, records, and clinic operations   Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery   Ensure compliance with Defence policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards Shape  What you bring  At least 2 years’ part-time or full-time equivalent post-graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years A current, unconditional registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA Recent engagement in Continuing Professional Development activities aligned with AHPRA guidelines A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID009) Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (preferred) Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security Clearance Who we are Serco supports healthcare delivery professionals across the Asia-Pacific region, providing essential services in defence, healthcare, justice and community services.
