VIC – Physiotherapist - Cerberus Health Centre – Full Time, Part Time & Casual Cerberus, Crib Point, Healthcare Are you a dedicated physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a unique primary healthcare setting? We’re seeking expressions of interest from Physiotherapists who are keen to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver high quality care to Defence members in early 2026. It is the primary training establishment for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) personnel. This facility provides general medical, physiotherapy, pharmacy, dental, and mental health services, and operates a 30-bed low dependency ward. Whilst the health centre is open 24/7, standard hours of operation are 0730-1530 Monday-Friday. The Health Centre is also responsible for the provision of after-hours services to ADF personnel on the Mornington Peninsula. What you’ll do Deliver high-quality musculoskeletal care, leveraging a fully equipped gym and hydrotherapy pool to support tailored rehabilitation programs. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, nurses, and mental health clinicians. Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care, ensuring they have access to state-of-the-art facilities that promote physical strength, resilience, and overall wellbeing. What you bring Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist Minimum two years (or part time equivalent) musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience Current CPR certification (HLTAID009) Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance) Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care Who we are Serco supports more than 12,000 professionals across Asia Pacific, delivering essential services in defence, health, justice, and beyond.
