As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026 , Les Maisons Bocus e are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East. Would you like to be part of an international opening and experience a unique professional adventure? We are looking for our future Pastry Chef , ready to embody excellence and the highest standards of French gastronomy. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop the dessert menu in line with the identity of Les Maisons Bocuse Oversee daily production (restaurant service, events, special offerings) Ensure excellence in taste, presentation, and technical execution Lead, train, and structure the pastry brigade Manage food costs and maintain targeted ratios Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards Skills & Soft Skills: Formal training in pastry Proven experience as Pastry Chef or Sous Pastry Chef in a high-end or Michelin-starred establishment Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques Exceptional attention to detail and presentation Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team We Offer: Attractive compensation package including base salary and allowances Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group
